Extract the pack from the .RAR file, after that there are 2 folders: Atrois and Atrois Puke
If you don't want vomit animations, you should just copy the Atrois folder to: \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods, and delete ATrois Puke folder.
