And even if he is doing it to mock them, why does that need to make an album if it isnt serving a narrative purpose in an album? If it doesnt sound good, whats the point of releasing it on your first album in years? That angle doesnt justify a song that doesnt sound good (not saying i dont like the song, just making a point & playing devils advocate)

He has credits on pretty much all of Gambino's catalog including songs like "Freaks and Geeks", "3005", and "Redbone".
