im not a film student and i felt like the movie was great. most of us aren't use to movies like this at all. one, it was in b&w.. two, it was shot in the same house, on the same night and they argued about the same thing for an hour and 45min, also there was like one outfit change. so we HAD to focus on the dialogue. most movies, like y'all said has a beginning, middle, and end with a bunch of other shit going on. i don't think i've ever seen a movie/film like this before. it was something refreshing to see bc it was something most of us who aren't film students, never see. john really forced tf out of his character, to the point where it was unbelievable at moments, i agree. when he cried that one time, it didn't feel real. some of the things that was said in the argument was v toxic and uncalled for, but the movie as a whole, was amazing.

I love watching you guys. I usually write lesson plans for my 3rd-grade class on one screen and watch you guys on the other. Makes it actually enjoyable. But I think you guys should have listeners email you questions or like an advice column and you guys maybe answer one or two in each podcast. The Read, another podcast I listen to does that and they also get updates on situations that they gave advice for which is always interesting. It increases listener engagement. Idk just an idea.
