Vampires are undead creatures that consume the blood of the living to survive. With blood, they are essentially immortal if not killed. They are believed to be killed by sunlight, a wooden stake through the heart, fire, and decapitation. They are also repelled by crucifixes, holy water, and garlic for some reason. Apparently, garlic served as an antibiotic in the blood, which kills vampires.
But not this vampire. This vampire said, "It's morbin time" and morbed the garlic bread.
Jokes aside, this might be the last mythology comic for a while. If you did not see the poll I posted a few days ago, I am hoping to swap from this to early access of future corner saga comics.
I feel that the quality of these mythology comics is pretty low because I cannot think of good/funny ideas most of the time. Pretty ironic since I never thought there would be so little lore on so many mythological creatures. I can barely find much information online aside from Greek (and sometimes Norse) mythology. There is not much I can use for a short comic unless I make up my own lore, which is the opposite of what I am trying to achieve.
We shall see how it goes further down the road, but I will be happy to continue designing these characters outside of comics and making them into wallpapers.
