PRINCE - OUR FIRST TIME REACTION to Kiss _ COUPLE REACTION _ A True Musical Icon!!

I wish YouTube ported over the original comment thread to Patreon when they do this blocking. I know they are seperate platforms, but it just seems silly to erase everyone's fresh comments/reaction to the reaction. Ridiculous.

I love the unique funky style he has. A few of my favorites that everyone should hear are, "Let's go Crazy", "I would die 4 U"/"Baby I'm a Star" (these 2 go together). He is just so great. The whole Purple Rain album is great. Add these to your short list...you won't regret it.🙂🩷I was just watching some reactions to some Atlanta Rythym Section songs. I forgot how good they are. If you want to listen to them..."So Into You", "Imaginary Lover" and "Spooky" are really good. They have a certain vibe that is very different. These are 70's songs. Enjoy🙂

Oh, and for anyone who doubts it, Prince was his actual name. Not made up.

Yes! Perhaps the most amazing guitar solo ever put on film.

I was there too! (Minneapolis and First Avenue, not the bathroom). I saw Prince introduce his 1999 album there. Also at that club - which was featured in Purple Rain - I saw Tina Turner, REM, Robert Palmer, The Waterboys, Violent Femmes, 10000 Maniacs and many more. What a great time to live in that freezing city!

I think you’re ready for another adventure. Tons of good stuff but the ultimate video to watch for Prince’s musicality is the blistering solo he plays on an all star tribute during the rock and roll hall of fame playing the Beatles While My Guitar gently weeps. You will be floored. 🎸

Scott Anderson

so sorry for the tough times physically you've been through

Controversy is one of my favorite tunes

I lived in Minneapolis during Prince's heyday. Spent a lot of party time at a club he owned called "First Avenue." I was once in the next urinal to Prince at his favorite restaurant, Rudolph's Barbecue. Under those circumstances, we never got to talk! 😀

You have now started a rabbit hole! Great reaction, and great song. There is a lot of music for you to enjoy. I have read that Prince could play over 25 instruments, I'm not sure the exact amount. He also helped a lot of other musicians get started in their careers. He was a phenomenal songwriter and had various styles. I highly recommend all of the songs that you mentioned in your video, although I have to say my favorite song is Under the Cherry Moon. Thanks for sharing and happy exploring!

Believe it or not, Tom Jones does a cover of this and it’s good!
