After the fracture of the first line-up, there is no like-for-like replacement or musical status quo. Instead we are drawn into a gathering of musicians whom I imagine to work their trade, bread-and-butter session work alternating with their preferred music-making. Occasionally, something like this arrives with charts to frame the picture, but they get to create and contribute and we are presented this enormous canvas full of detail and colour. Fripp was working large scale at this period, and he returned the compliment for pianist Keith Tippett by producing the album Septober Energy by Centipede, a one-off enormous line-up of the best of players. Thank you, Nick, for your invitation to share this with you, giving us the benefit of your musical insights and raw response.

They have so many great songs that you and Lex would love.πWhen I do a Heart marathon my line up will be...Sing Child, Cook with Fire, Love Alive, Mistral Wind, Little Queen.π₯° I looked for a reaction to the song "Go on Cry" and only found one... that makes me want to cry.πIt's such a beautiful song.
