A friend of mine introduced me to Triumph in high school. I immediately loved their music, including my favorite album, Progressions of Power. On their heavier "hard rock" tracks, the drummer, Gil Moore, is the lead singer. For example, in this marathon, he sings Rock and Roll Machine and American Girls. Rik "The Rocket" Emmett usually sings more of the ballads, the smooth high songs and more of the hits. By the way they call him The Rocket because he was also a Canadian national sprinting champion.
