How's it going?
My last photo I posted I'm smiling at the beach.
In this video I'm more in work mode trying to film this video about the LELO stamina trainer that was a lot more difficult than I thought! Couldn't get it done.
And some updates about where I've been the last few days. Mostly the incredible retreat I was on and where my head is at post-retreat.
Not much else to say here :) Watch the video for all the updates :)
It's late here in Thailand, my eyes are closing ๐ด but I wanted to make sure to check in with you before bed ๐๐.
