I'm sitting at Memories Beach in Khao Lak.

This location is an hour and a half north of Phuket. Still quite untouched.

So if you're looking for more relaxed beach Thai vibes with less crowds. This is it.

I'm coming off my emotional hangover from the retreat. Lots to share from that... Would you want to know more?

Our days have been pretty chill here.

We wake up, I've been going to Muay Thai.

Gab gets his coffee.

Then I meet him and we work for a few hours.

Then get food, maybe a sunset swim/coconut.

Massage or dinner (whichever comes first 🙃)

Then bed!
