If the quality is such a big issue to you, what if you make the vimeo link while putting the Mega link in the description for those who want quality over quantity?

2022-05-28 06:04:01 +0000 UTCJust tested with mega and the difference is night and day for me. The issue with this is that viewing will be annoying as load times on mega can be very slow.
