You've all been such patient, supportive good girls lately, and I want to take a moment to thank you.

I’ve been navigating some mental health challenges for a while, and recently, I was diagnosed with a whole different mental health issue. While it’s been a revelation, it’s also opened the door to a better path for treatment and self-improvement. This is another step towards becoming the best version of myself, but as with all good things, it takes time, effort, and patience.

This post is really just my way of saying thank you—for supporting me, my art, and my creations. Creativity is such a vital part of being human. Whether it's painting a landscape, composing music, or even something as profound as creating life itself, creativity is where happiness begins.

Of course, history shows us that even the most creative minds have struggled with unhappiness. But staying in an endless cycle—8 to 5, home, TV, bed, rinse and repeat—can make life feel stagnant. In that grind, you create wealth for the company you work for. Yay for them I guess... And yes, that pays the bills—but what about your spirit? Your soul?

Creativity, to me, starts with reflection. You contemplate. You think. You create. You express. It’s about transforming the inspiration from whatever source you consume—art, nature, life—into something uniquely yours.

So, thank you for giving me the freedom to do that. To think. To create. To express. I wouldn’t be where I am without your support.
