Our 'victim' finds himself reeling from the aftermath of suddenly becoming quadruped as he watches the tattered clothing fall from his body.

After touching a strange ornate carving of the moon, his body involuntarily accepted the new role of Moondust. Unfortunately, it meant more than just the name. His body shook and trembled, skin grew dark and coarse. The seams of his clothes stretched and ripped as he fell to his hands. His hips widened, toes and fingers molded into claws, his tailbone protruded into a long tail. He winced as his face contorts, shaped by an unseen force into a snout.

Wings began to sprout from his back, new tingling sensations of these strange new appendages crawled across his scales.

It was over as quick as it began. Leaving them to their new fate, as the world changed around them without their realizing.
