While I’m working on the next YouTube video, here’s a short behind-the-scenes clip from my latest studio session with Paula.
One thing I’ll never stop repeating: talk to your models.
I’ve heard so many weird stories — photographers just standing there, breathing heavily, no communication, no feedback, no direction. That’s not how this should work.
Relax. Talk. Exchange ideas. Be prepared. Have a plan and discuss it with your model.
And if you manage to take a solid photo — show it to her. It might boost her confidence and help her trust you more.
Of course, the hardest part is to actually take a good photo first.

Jedna rzecz, którą powtarzam do znudzenia: rozmawiajcie z modelkami.
Słyszałem tyle dziwnych historii — fotograf stoi, sapie, zero komunikacji, zero feedbacku, zero pomysłu. To nie powinno tak wyglądać.
Wyluzuj. Porozmawiaj. Wymieniajcie się pomysłami. Przygotuj plan i przedyskutuj go z modelką.
I jeśli uda Ci się zrobić dobre zdjęcie — pokaż je jej. To może podnieść morale i zbudować zaufanie.
Oczywiście, najtrudniejsza część to najpierw naprawdę zrobić to dobre zdjęcie.
