Full Length Reaction Guide

We take copyright law very seriously, so you will have to sync up our reaction to your own version of the show/movie. To help, we have a range of guiding tools throughout the reaction to help you sync up with us, including a small snippet of the scene to ensure you are in sync.  Any instances in which you see the screen cut, this means we’ve had technical difficulties or have skipped a potential disruptions/bloopers. This means you will need to sync up your copy of the show again, if we are unable to edit these cuts seamlessly into the next scene. An updated timecode will be provided on the screen.  Anytime we pause, there will be timer/countdown on screen to prompt you. So if we’re about to pause, there’ll be a countdown, and you are expected to pause as the number reaches 0. The same will happen when we press play after pausing. You will press play as the number reaches 0.  Here are some popular ways people sync up the reaction with their own copy of the show:

Ohh that’s not….

Yeah I got the impression that Outie Irv was staying up all night painting that corridor intentionally so that Innie Irv was absolutely tired as hell when he got to work and was dozing off. And this was an intentional move by Outie Irv to 'make contact' subconsciously somehow.

OMG, Spartan’s orgasm face isn’t something I thought I needed to see until today! (Okay, I know he was trying to imitate Cobel, but still…) 😂🤣💀

I’m picking up what you’re putting down. Though to be honest I missed all of them the first time I watched. 😀

When Dylan George is at the interview with the door company (and I absolutely love how the man interviewing him looks just so much like him, and sad that Dylan was killing this interview until it was revealed that he was severed), his question about “benefits” was a bit of a nod to his innie’s obsession with “perks,” but really about one of the most important questions to ask when interviewing for any full time job in the USA. Medical care. UK has nationalized healthcare, everyone’s on the same system, no idea what Australia has though I’d wager it’s like the UK. In the USA healthcare is privatized and provided by the employer. Some companies have great healthcare plans, other ones are shit. Now that this episode has established that Dylan has more than one child, one of whom is in diapers, it’s a perfectly logical and quite honestly necessary question to ask at an interview. While “Kier, PE” is a fictional location it’s quite clear that this world is some alternate version of the USA. Just posting this to show that while outie Dylan may share the same love of perks as his innie - “door prizes” was a great line - the benefits question is a necessary one in any job interview in the USA. Most especially if you have a spouse and children who will be on the same healthcare plan. I’ve studied the pros and cons of both the US and UK healthcare systems, I’m not here to push any agenda, just to clarify for any non US viewers why this would be a very important question for Dylan to ask of “Great Doors.”

It's time to lock in y'all👀 There are some interesting details, scenes, or specific bits of dialogue I prayed you'd pick up on😭 Especially last episode😭

"My innie got the message" = I thought it's the paintings (causing the black goop) of the hallway, and how innie Irv managed to awaken & ended up knocking at Burt's house. That his innie was finally being active and seeking not only the truth, but outside help.

When I was in my early 20s, I went with 4 friends to Spain. Recent college grads and we were drinking every night. I don’t know what caused it, but we got into some verbal altercation with some Brits who were like us, young, drunk, and stupid. Things were about to get physical. Then one of the Brits attempted to really rile me up by yelling at the top of his lungs, “I shagged your mother last night, you moppet!” First I started laughing because my mother was back home in America and that was just so nonsensical it didn’t work at all as an insult, and then laughing I said “what the fuck is a moppet?” and me and my friends were dying with laughter, the type that literally makes you fall down you’re laughing so hard, and I guess it stunned the Brits so much that they just walked away as me and my friends were laughing our asses off. One of them yelled one final insult but I have no idea what it is, I couldn’t hear it I was laughing so hard. My friends and I still call each other “moppets” to this day (in a London accent, 20 years later) when we’re out and are laughing about the good old days. 😀

Spartan, pretty sure “thruple” is inherently sexual. But despite your misuse of the word you have some great ideas about Cobels obsession.

Bill B.

Whoever writes Ricken’s lines is a comedic genius! “Perhaps Cobelvig would be a helpful nomenclature?” ///// Devon: No… Yeah… I think Ricken is right. Ricken: I agree . 😂😂😂😂 And in all the conversations Ricken is always chiming in about how great his book is 🤣

Bill B.

Fetid moppet is an insult meaning "child with a bad smell", basically his way of calling his daughter a piece of shit child for almost wrecking everything

Same but at the end of the day if they did 2 eps a week we'd have finished the show already and be waiting for S3 and I'd be sad about that so its swings and roundabouts :D

lemmy

Well they actually revealed an interesting fact that's easy to miss, when he says 'if Rickon died and his body burnt, I'd be sad for you but it wouldn't 'affect me'' - implying the body he identified was badly burnt and potentially easier to fake. That's how I read it anyway.

lemmy

These 1 episode weeks are killing me, so close but so far 🤣🤣

Good reaction. I am glad you picked up on Helena's curiosity with her innie, Helly R, and Mark S. I am wondering if Gemma was in a coma and they told Mark she died. Irvings phone call was intriguing. More to come.

Lyn Hurst

Great reaction as always. You're asking all the right questions ;-)

Sheri

I'm sure you guys caught it but 5 months did not pass and they are not famous lol.
