I just show them a little clip of hard hits and explain that each hit is like a mini car crash. Without the pads the injuries would be awful. I also question how they can have a negative opinion on something they donβt even watch π

Because dudes get hurt on literally every play, worse than anyone gets hurt in their entire careers in soccer
