Pam explains in the end scene she didn’t tell Jim about Brian comforting her because she didn’t want him to know how upset she was over their fight. She didn’t purposefully hide the interaction with Brian from him because to her that wasn’t the important part of that moment. What she didn’t want to bring up with Jim was how mean he was to her. It’s the same thing she’d do with her ex-fiancé- just pretend he wasn’t hurting her and suppress it to keep the peace and move on.

I think it's more that Pam would rather go through her emotions with someone else or alone rather than share them with him. Not only that, but she also tried to hide her feelings so as not to ruin Jim's visit home and Valentines Day. If they've got problems, Jim wants to face them together. Of course, it's kinda hard when Jim isn't around all the time and is busy/stressed with work. Pam probably feels like her problems are small compared to Jim's, and she doesn't want to pile onto Jim's stress. Jim also seems to realize that he has been neglecting his relationship with Pam but has so far rationalized it by saying that he was building a future for them in Philly and that Pam understands that.
