Although this is also about the time when the show was really reaching it's peak in popularity and I do feel they wrote some scenes to sort of appeal to a larger audience. The Hound and Arya hiding in the bushes like cartoon characters for instance lol.

Walder Frey did know she was pregnant because when he first meets her he says he can "see" what's going on under her dress and he can tell that she's trying to hide it. We may not have seen Robb and Talisa tell anybody but we can assume they told Catt and maybe Blackfish, but Walder Frey could tell
