I was maybe half way through my pregnancies when I wait listed my still-fetus kids for childcare ... for when they turned one and I'd go back to work. So ~1.5 years ahead of time. ππ πΆ (I mean, that was more than a decade ago, so maybe it's better now ... probably not tho).
