Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery (Uncut Reaction)

I really loved this one, it had a very different tone than the others, a lot darker and less funny but it also hit harder for me. Jud is my favourite lead of the movies and Josh O'Connor was fantastic, as was Glenn Close. This is definitely the best shot and acted one of the three. I love 1 and 3 for different reasons and can't pick which one I like better.

I really enjoyed this installment to the series. They did a great job making the plot twists more complicated and unexpected. The casting was excellent too. If I had to rate them, I'd go 1, 3 and then 2. 💜💜💜💜

Really enjoyed the reactions to the series guys. This one is a fairly different tone, it gets a little darker in moments, and I think it might be the best looking movie of the three. I’m pretty much on board with your rankings of the films. But I think it’d be fun to know, how would you rank each of Blanc’s companion characters, between Marta, Helen, and Jud? While I personally like the original movie best, I think Father Jud might be my favorite of those three, he was an interesting character very well acted. With Marta probably a close second. (Editing to add a little trivia I didn’t see anyone comment but maybe I missed it: Joseph Gordon-Levitt, who you recently saw in The Dark Knight Rises, is great friends with director Rian Johnson and has starred in a handful of his films. Because of this, he has a voice cameo in all three Knives Out: a police detective on TV in the first one, the DONG sound in the second, and finally the voice of a baseball commentator here.)

are u guys planning on doing the knives out tv show poker face? it's not benoit, it's someone else, but it's in the KO universe and written by rian johnson, def not as neccesary as the movies but still super fun :)
