Sorry to spam the comments but I can’t hold this one in. I know you guys want to be spoiler free but have to prepare you for the next episode, as this is where the series really goes off the rails and becomes unwatchable and should’ve been renamed “Friday Night Apocalypse”….. To patch things up with Vince, Landry offers to help him “deal” with Cal and the new kid who got mad because he didn’t get free ribs. Landry takes out his shovel, goes to his secret spot in the woods and digs up Santiago’s body. He then gets Glen, the science teacher, to reanimate Santiago. But it all goes wrong as Zombie Santiago won’t take instruction and starts biting people and infecting the residents of Dillon. At the very end, Santiago wanders off to where Coach and Mrs. Coach are still going at by the lake, unaware of anything going on, and you think they’re going to get bit too, but at the last minute the ex-gangster who helped organize the football game remembers from his role as Bob from the Walking Dead that he can end the threat with a bullet to Zombie Santiago’s head, and saves the the Taylors at the last minute. Just had to let you guys know in advance because I can’t bear the disappointment that inevitably will come. And then the rest of the season turns into a Zombie hunt where the community of Dillon has to put down some of our beloved characters who were bit by Santiago, including Billy Riggins, Luke, Jess, Smash (who decided to come back to town at the worst time), Habitat for Humanity kid, Buddy (who has turned into a raging zombie monster), and even young Maurice who Coach had spotted as a potential player for next season. Then Coach hunts down Glen and takes him out with Vince’s gun and Landry’s dad once again works out a deal to let his son go scot free.
