A rundown in this context would be a list of Jim’s clients, their contact information, and the relative size of their accounts with the company. He wanted to fire Jim so he was looking for information he could then provide to the theoretical replacement for Jim. In essence, he was trying to arrange it so Jim would carry the metaphorical axe to the town square before he was terminated. (“Given the axe”)

2025-06-04 02:28:53 +0000 UTCThe car’s confusing because there are times it sounds like it’s his car ( he sells it so jan can get a porsche ) and times when it sounds like the car comes with the regional manager position ( when he tricks Dwight to thinking he’s manager and Dwight says he’s going to get rid of the car and buy something else which makes Micheal angry and reveal that he was lying ) Maybe the company gives him money for a car and he buys it in his name. He’s had the red car since the ‘money’ episode at least
