2025-04-21 06:37:39 +0000 UTCNever seen raccoon meat for sale, but you can definitely eat it. It's a greasy meat, can't imagine making a blue steak off it. It's like extra tender dark meat chicken and goes well with slower cooking methods like in a good stew. We have 2 raccoons in my local zoo, despite their native abundance in the wild here. I don't know if they're the luckiest or unluckiest raccoons in town lol
