100% in the US you have lots of streets filled with stationary RVs, some in more disrepair than others. yes they can be expensive but not as much as property tax rent etc...people pour their whole savings into this so they can at least live somewhere and move around as need be. lots of people live out their car as well in parking lots where businesses turn a blind eye. so many working poor who actually have jobs live in these situations now
