2025-06-20 12:25:01 +0000 UTCRegarding Dwight and Angela's contract: I think you are joking, but I'm still gonna say it: There's no way you guys actually believe that a contract to have a child with someone is legally enforceable in the US, right? Like, do you actually picture a judge more or less saying, "Well, circumstances have changed and you've withdrawn your consent, but you did in fact sign a piece of paper, so...I'm afraid you're legally obligated to copulate until you conceive and subsequently carry a pregnancy to full term now. It's out of my hands." I mean. Obviously, you know that you can't legally force a human being to have your child (or to have sex with you, or to produce sperm for you) regardless of whatever document you had them sign prior.
