We Stand Alone Together: The Men Of Easy Company (Uncut Reaction)
Added 2025-07-11 13:39:00 +0000 UTCOver a period of two years, Mark Cowen and his crew travelled to thirty U.S. states and ten European cities, to interview the veterans of Easy Company. The stories told by the veterans themselves, create a history of the Second World War from the point of view of this heroic company of men, made famous in the mini-series Band of Brothers.

Ahh wow, thank you so much Bill! I had goosebumps reading this comment and it got me a little emotional (Nick) Thank you for the really kind words, they mean so so much! It’s so important to not forget the brave people that fought for us and gave their lives so that we can live the lives we live today. It’s also important to pass that on to younger generations so that the memories and stories of these brave men can live on. We truly appreciate how much support you’ve given us Bill, you’ve taught us so much along the way too! So thanks again ❤️

2025-07-12 11:42:05 +0000 UTCNick and Damo. I have been a patron on this channel since January 2024. Watched Band of Brothers with you, Friday Night Lights, Ted Lasso, Hard Knocks… I have to say that this one individual episode is your finest one yet. The dignity, respect, appreciation, recollections, memories from Band of Brothers, respect you have for the soldiers shows your true character and is a proper example of respect to all of the men who both fought, died, lost limbs, and survived hell so that countries like the USA and UK could be places of freedom. And I also agree with you that the ones who made it home said all of the heroes were those who lost their lives in Europe, but you recognize the survivors as true heroes, I have always felt the same way. I get why they say this but for those of us who live a free life because of them, who among us could in their right mind not consider as a hero a man like Dick Winters ? And other heroes like Lipton, Malarkey, Guarnere, Babe, Martin, Buck, Shifty, Bull, and my sincere apologies for anyone and their families who I forgot to name. They are ALL heroes in my book! I truly thank you for the dignity and respect you have shown to these heroes and that you’ve set apart hours and hours of your life bringing their stories to people via both Patreon and YouTube to those who may have been too young when the series came out, thanks to men like you, you keep the memories of Easy Company alive for a new generation of people. I mean this from the bottom of my heart. Thank you. ♥️

2025-07-12 11:29:12 +0000 UTCEisenhower’s speech and citation to the entire division of the 101st Airborne. Amazing. When Eisenhower was president of the US 13 years later, and had to send troops to Little Rock Arkansas, to enforce a Supreme Court ruling that banned racial segregation in schools, who did he send down to make sure the 9 black students could safely make it into Central High School in Little Rock? The 101st Airborne. And each of those students went through all of their days in high school with a personal bodyguard, with loaded weapon, from the 101st Airborne. I do not believe that Eisenhower chose the 101 by coincidence. Different soldiers I’m sure, but I believe it must have been out of respect for this Army division.
