URGENT: Incorrect Benefits Showing For Some Users!

It has been brought to our attention that some people using the Patreon App are still seeing benefits that we no longer offer and haven’t offered since early in May.
Can you check the tier benefits for the Box Office VIP tier and if it still offers “A personal reaction up to 1hr in length” or it says SOLD OUT. Can you please delete the app and reinstall it please as we wouldn’t want it to cause anymore confusion!
If you’ve tried to upgrade through the app and it has said SOLD OUT, maybe try it on desktop 😊 but ultimately you’ll want to delete the app and reinstall it.
As you can see from this video we released early May, the benefits we offer are clearly outlined 😊

2025-07-14 17:45:00 +0000 UTCIt brought it to our attention yes, as you can see in the Patreon chat, others sent screenshots that showed the correct tier benefits and one user deleted the app and reinstalled it and it displayed the correct benefits and no longer showed as “Sold Out” It is quite clearly an issue with the app, you’ve been a member a long time, a very valued member of this community, you know what we stand for Bill, if this was our mistake, we would own it 100%

I updated the app, I upgraded me membership to the top tier, it still mentions the ability to request for a reaction to something under an hour. And I requested a reaction to a 14 minute sports video and was told no. Frankly I’m a bit disappointed that you seemingly are refusing to react to a 14 min sports video once I upped my membership to the highest tier and requested it. Been subscribed since Jan 2024. I always have respected you both as men of your word, but suddenly it’s the apps fault? Not asking for a movie or series to jump into, just what the upgrade in membership promised… Sorry to call you out Damo and Nick, you’ve been great and especially Nick we’ve talked a lot, I just believe this to be quite unfair and uncharacteristic of you both and the channel.
