Ah, yes! Nelson Franklin, played Nick the IT guy and had an unnamed role in Season 4 as the job fair graphic designer. A lot of fan speculation around this being or not being the same character because it isn't addressed in the show. Some people think Nick transitioned from Graphic design to IT. It's odd then that Pam wouldn't recognize him, but that was 1 very brief interaction 3 seasons back, so it's possible. Still a fun catch.
