The whole rendition of the song 'Seasons of Love' from Rent the musical, was completely unscripted on Steves role, all other cast members/crew had prepared since they found out Steve was leaving and rehearsed the song/scene and cameras caught Steve's genuine reaction to him leaving the show ... "Something is happening" was Carrell's real reaction ... such a beautifully raw and sensitive moment between everyone there and very kindly shared with us office fans xx
