The joke was comparing sheet cake, to ‘chic cake.’ Chic= French term meaning elegant or stylish ie: ‘trés chic’

2025-10-10 23:01:58 +0000 UTCAdam Devine has an extremely 'hey, it's that guy!' kind of face, though looking at his resume on Wiki I've actually never seen anything else he's in (except a short cameo in the fourth season of 'Arrested Development'), I know him better from popping up on comedians' podcasts. The first 'Pitch Perfect' came out in 2012 and this episode in 2013, so he would have already been (semi-)famous. The sex worker was also a pretty famous actor, Peri Gilpin who did a magnificent job playing Roz on 'Frasier'. That show is also on my wishlist for you two to react to one day, but I know you have a massive longlist as is, and seeing as the original run alone is 10 seasons, you'd probably be hunched over and walking zimmerframes before you finally get round to that one!
