2025-09-21 22:34:41 +0000 UTCOlivia is the name of Scarlett Johansson's character. I think you mean Jess. Both Borden brothers were Jess's dad. But, yes, the one who survived was the one who loved Jess's mother.

But perhaps the most telling sign that the one who lived was the "true" father of the kid (I mean, they were both the father, but...) was the part where he straight up says to the dying Angier, "we each loved one of them. I loved Sarah."

2025-09-20 14:34:34 +0000 UTCwhen Fallon (viewer thinks it's Borden) is being taken away to be hung, he is telling "Fallon" (the real Borden) "I'm sorry about Sara" which makes no sense, why would Borden apologize to Fallon about his own wife? But then you find out that that was Fallon all along saying "I'm sorry about Sara" to Borden. So that's confirmation that Fallon was hung and Borden did indeed return to his daughter.

2025-09-17 23:26:03 +0000 UTCyes Olivia's dad survived, he says to Caldlow he loved Sarah, the other loved the other and the Borden who got hanged, said to Fallon, "I'm sorry about Sarah" So there were a couple of times in that last 30mins they brought up who is who
