Jim and Dwight are working together because they are both at their commission cap, so now they make sales for their made-up salesman. I assume they split those commissions.

Andy pretended he forgot something and went back up by himself and secured the sale (it was one of Michael’s old clients they were trying not to lose, not a new client)
