i like the pacing so im big chilling

If the pacing feels off, it's because they're cutting a HUGE amount of content from the manga. There's too much context missing and still feels far too rushed.

Could be something like clones or something. The rangers are doing some effed up research at the very least like was shown last episode.

I think that's why the guy thought it was odd.

Also if she is that cult leaders daughter. Does not that mean that he had to have been around 15 years old when she was born then? Which I mean technically is possible but I would doubt that

So it was not Red who was killed last episode? As it clearly looked like him and he even acted like a douchebag. They kept trying to bait us that this new one was a fake. But clearly Red is fine here

Right, kinda expected this pacing. Having read the manga, one thing that's not actually rushed are the timeskips during these episodes. The manga also had those, seemed weird at the time even there. Nevertheless, I still enjoy this show. Looking forward to the rest of the season. Edit: After ruminating on this a bit more, I think I can make a more apt comparison. This feels similar to Tsukimichi (Moonlit Fantasy) for me. Both series cut a lot of content from their respective manga versions, but the anime versions of both series still work. Most of what they left out was supplementary material, which is stuff that works great for a manga (where you can read 2 chapters in 5-8 minutes), but not as an anime where you'd need to spend 20 minutes on just that amount of dialogue alone. Additionally, both anime series had slight pacing issues that became apparent when watching. Tsukimichi rushed the ending of season 1 to end on a big battle, then stretched the middle of season 2 (academy parts) to once again end on a big battle. Meanwhile, Loser Ranger stretched the end of season 1 (training center parts) to end on a big battle, but is now kinda rushing season 2 to obviously end on a big battle arc. In either situation, the anime works as it is - a slightly more action focused adaptation of the source material. It's what's neccessary to succeed in the medium of film. Just imagine if someone tried to create a movie out of the Silmarillion without cutting anything. Yeesh.
