What Stark was eating is Omurice, a very common dish in Japan and is not really common in comparison to the U.S. In the U.S you have better luck finding it in Japanese restaurants which are more common in states like CA or NY as they have more diversity or at the very least more Asian-influenced cuisine as they have a larger population compared to other states. Bethany had it right the first time. They're called proctors. Also kudos to Ken remembering names... this is the first time in years I've seen Ken successfully remember names back to back, honestly I'm as shocked as Frieren.

2025-11-15 06:15:06 +0000 UTCI believe what Stark ordered was a massive omelette, most likely what's called omurice. Omurice, from what I understand, is a fairly popular dish in Japan which is basically an omelette that is fairly runny on the inside and placed over rice. Once plated, it's then cut open from the top to let it open up over the rice.
