Cheap Epoxy Resin Links - Community Resource

As promised, the community resource has been pulled together, I decided to put it in the equipment list as that actually made more sense when I thought about it π

Pretty much all countries so far can get resin at a similar price to me. Europe is particularly well served (Thanks Germany!), though as usual Australia suffers a bit. But not much, about Β£10 more? That could have been worse!
