Update - I'm taking that holiday I keep putting off...

Hi Guys,

First things first, here's some shiny pics of the upcoming diagonal walls project, I'm very happy with how they came out and can't wait to share the video with you all!

As some of you might be aware I am terrible at taking time off, and I continued to push ahead with this project despite being heavily burnt out by the sewer videos. I thought I could get a small video like this out before I planned to take a recovery holiday over my birthday.

Well, last weekend my birthday came and went, and I've used up the last of my energy getting the project close - but not quite. Faye has made me realise pushing ahead at this point is counterproductive, it's making recovery slow and inefficient, only to be used up and burnt out again immediately. I'm losing time that I could be working with, if I would just take a proper holiday.

So I'm taking a proper holiday. The video is all but done aside from editing, so should be quick to wrap up when I get back. Fabio has a big stack of things to be prototyping while I'm gone, and generally I'm about as ready and willing as I'll ever be to stop for a bit 😅

I will be gone for two weeks, I will be AFK in order to recover properly and completely take my mind off things - I won't be replying to any messages or questions until I return. There will be a MMF STL upload halfway through that holiday, and at the end, so if you join after this point - that's when stuff will appear in your library 🙂

Beyond that, I'm knackered, and I'm gonna go drop. I will see you all very soon.
