So what's new in this build? The biggest modification isn't the most obvious one. Previous build were using Unity's AnimationController (Mecanim) to animate objects. This system is not really 'coder friendly' from my opinion. It's a "static" State Machine which is almost not reusable (you have to create a specific one for each new situation). Moreover, you can't perfectly synchronize animations of different objects without dirty tricks. And it's bugged (root motion is not fully applied in some cases, incorrect transformation updates occur when the object is attached to another one, events are still sent when an animation is stopped). The only good point of Unity's Mecanim is the BlendTree class and the ability to chain several of them.

I've spent some time to replace this system with my own one. It's still a State Machine based system, but all state machines can be dynamically configured with different animations and actors. There is no need to use dirty tricks to synchronize all the actors and I've recreated a the functionality of BlendTree.

A this time, I'm really happy with the result. There are probably still some small bugs to fix here and there, but this new Animation System do all what I need.

I've improved my Animation Event System. It's now able to easily play random sound variations. Note, the sound settings are bugged right now. You shoud probably only tweek the global volume in the Options.

The menstrual cycle and pregnancy system are almost fully working. This means female characters can get pregnant. However, they can't give birth yet, don't have nausea or backache (but the belly can grow). Note that the pregnancy duration is 62 game days which is approximatively equals to 74 real hours with the default timescale (can be changed in the console by using /settimescale). Same rules apply here to get pregnant as for pregnancy in Kinky World.

I've added two kinky situations in this build. You'll have to find them. They are indicated by a floating WooHoo moodlet. They are only meant to be triggered by female character. Note that these are tests situations. This means they don't use skill, trait or story checks and they are very basic situations with no stage progression.

One of them can lead to pregnancy.

I've greatly improved the Dialog System so that dialogs can be modified at runtime with additional pages and even merged to create a more complex dialog. This allows me to dynamically add Reactions and Quest related dialogs to a generic dialog. NPCs will be able to comment your outfit for example before proceeding to the normal dialog.

About the planning for the next two months.

December: I'll take a few days to work on Kinky World. I have to finish some of the modifications I've started and will release a new build around the 15th of this month. Then, I will return to KT. I have to fix several bugs concerning the social interactions and work on the male character for the last game prototype.

January: My objective was to release the demo at the end of this month, but I don't think I'll be able to. I still have lots of buildings to finish and the main story's first situation to create.

am i using a old not working version? i have taken all normal steps to get kw mod and it is showing when i start game that its in the mods but not in game.

The game is very memory intensive. I have a 5 year old gaming laptop with a 7th gen intel core i7 and it can chug so much I can't even point myself in the direction I want to without taking steps. If you're moving the mouse and the look is delayed you can at least make it more playable. I'm not sure what effect the graphics settings have, but try those. If that doesn't work, next, close any extraneous programs, including those in your tray. If necessary open task manager and end any memory intensive processes that you don't need. Failing that, set the display to windowed and lower the resolution in the graphics menu (You'll also have to decrease the UI size to see the dialogs). That finally got it to playable for me.

Just wondering but do you have a idea or timeframe of when you'd add a birth segment/animation? Would love to look forward to that.

So when I try to create an account, it says "login server is down." Are we no longer able to play this prototype?

The game lags so much on my computer and I have a gaming laptop. Any ideas why?

I assume you mean from the main menu? That's what I do and it doesn't work. Unless there's a way before you double click the exe that I'm missing?

I have found you have to adjust them before you start your game. And making changes mid game don't seem to work till the next restart, if they stick.

This might be a known bug, not sure, but I figured I'd ask anyway. I cannot adjust any graphics settings - it lets me change them, asks for confirmation, but nothing happens. And then as soon as I close the window and go back in, nothing changes. Any ideas?

i did run into an issue where i bugged out to a wreck of a car and somehow found myself bugged out into an invisible wall it was across the road from Le Croissant au Beurre and i find that the walk speed and run speed to be little slow but this is a game im process and as the title says its a prototype its to be expected.

Had issues loading... Deleted the save_0 in the C:\Users\user name\AppData\LocalLow\Tiny Witch\Kinky Tales - Game Prototype and folders in the Saves folder and it loaded right up.
