The archive of all $3 Physician tier rewards which contains all my Hi-Res maps related to this tier. All files uploaded here are exclusively in .zip format and you can download whatever you need from here. Also, all collaborations are on this tier and in this post.

I'll update this post every time I release a map pack, so you could use this post as an all-in-one download location for this tier.

Note: You can download all the .zips and extract them at once. They will fall into a neatly sorted Map Doctor folder tree, as explained in the "Unzipping Instructions" PDF inside each archive. Make sure you overwrite all when prompted.
