We are in the hot desert, sandy colors with a bit of blue, red and orange lights. We can see huge monitor speakers causing wind and sand flying through the air. In the center of the city, there is an abstract resonance pattern. You have probably seen the sand resonance experiments with music and I had the idea of letting it build a whole city. Born and falling to dust, on repeat. As long as the music plays, everything is alright. Only small variants will make sure there are small improvements and not total destruction. The alien inhabitants are used to these structural variations and their hearing does not suffer. Music is their lifeline and the one thing that binds them together, over and under the city grounds.
