Unpublishing Turbo-Tipper

So after much deliberation, I've decided to remove the Turbo-Tipper Tier. It was a great reward and means of making content, but ultimately it's something that kept falling to the bottom of the stack and becoming something I was never ahead on. I'd initially planned on having it rotate to give other people a chance at the sketches, but could never figure out a way to organize it.
So I've decided to remove the tier to open up some more time to put towards other rewards, like Illustrations I've been itching to do, or the Suggestion box that regrettably got neglected the moment it was put up.
With that said, I will be finishing the rewards that are owed and post them here per usual.
