The penis head should have slightly more pink color in it. Same is applied to anus, it should have more pink color and be dented inside body slightly. When penis is inserted in the anus pink halo should be visible around penis. This makes organs more pronounced and beautiful. Good way would be to create few images with samples and make people vote for best looking anus and penis. Another improvement is make femboys look more feminine by increasing breast size by little, just one or half size. They can shake during sex, which will be more erotic.
