He was originally created for combat, but his performance was deemed unsatisfactory. On the way to be discarded by the military, he managed to escape. Yet he had no idea where to go, constantly on the move, but unable to find food or a power source.

After an unknown number of days, he was down to just 2% battery life. He took shelter in a cave, waiting in despair for his systems to shut down. "I have some leftover fruit here, would you like some?" said a voice from deep within the cave. He recognized this reclusive old man as a Ninja Master who had disappeared decades ago.

With his last 1% of power, he knelt down and pleaded, "Master, can you teach me the most powerful ninjutsu?" Master replied, "The most powerful ninjutsu? I have many. But they require an unwavering will to master. Do you possess it?"

Five years later, the scale of the war grew larger, seemingly with no end in sight. On the fierce battlefield, people began to notice an unfamiliar figure who killed enemies at an extremely high speed every day.

No one could definitively tell when he began darting through the battles. Many had witnessed his body transforming into metal, smoke, lightning, and him summoning tornadoes and beasts. Was he creating illusions to confuse his enemies? Or were these events actually happening? Various armies were investigating, hoping to reveal his true identity.

In less than a month, the war ended. People welcomed the long-awaited peace, leaving behind an unsolved mystery. No one knew who was indiscriminately driving out and slaughtering the soldiers of all sides. Amidst a sea of blood, no one was able to capture a glimpse of the crimson figure, whom they named the Crimson Phantom.

Crimson Phantom stood atop the highest building of the battlefield, gazing at the desolate ruins. Master beside him asked, "Now that no one can challenge you, have you ever thought about what you were fighting for?" After asking his final question, Master turned into a wisp of smoke and disappeared into the air. He sat down, silently staring at the boundless night sky.
