Combine that with her not feeling useful to him, feeling guilty, and losing the dog. Ichikawa finally realizing they're more alike than he realized at first. And we see how YamaMama really is here. She's super cute and doting on Anna, lol.

2024-01-13 22:11:13 +0000 UTCSo to go off of something you said about Yamada waiting for Ichikawa to confess first. There's a Twi-yaba chapter that actually gives us some insight into this. They talk about what animals they are, Yamada comes to the conclusion that Ichi is a cat. Because with cats if you come on to strong and dont let them come to you, they will get scared and run away. Translate that into their current situation as well as the idea that Yamada is always scared that she is to much or a burden to people and we kinda get our answer.
