From Kyo's speech where he's speaking words of encouragement to himself, to Anna saying her hands are full while holding an embodiment of their relationship, just absolute tear jerker of an episode. Senpai is kind of jerk, but he had his own circumstances and he's also still growing. I appreciate that he definitely knew at that point that Kyotaro was who she liked and sort of forced a situation where Anna had to say it out loud. Also, how fitting that the nurse' office where he first realized he liked Anna was where he learned without a doubt that she likes him back? And don't worry Faroh, the ugly crying is plenty cute, haha
