Say the words together, and it becomes "Komyusho Ko", the "Komyusho" meaning "Comunication Disorder" and "Ko" meaning "Girl". So, the dude's name means "Just a person" and the girl's name means "Comunication Disorder Girl".

I similarly relate to the characters that push people away because of insecurities like Ishikawa from Dangers in my Heart or Miyamura from Horimiya. Always hits harder when you have that personal experience behind the empathy.
