I mean, not only was she trying to actively seperate them, she was trying to force herself closer to Azumi by trying to get them to use their given names instead of their family names. On top of all that, you find out at the end that she was the one to invite the guy that she knew liked Akane... without telling him anything. She just let him go off with Akane, knowing how he felt and what he would likely do without knowing the pair was dating. That's all definite homewrecker behavior.
