I also hate how much shame and guilt Momoka is feeling when it comes to "abandoning" Diamond Dust, tbh those girls abandoned themselves when they didn't stand up for what they believe in... but i guess its hard to see it that way when you're burdened with the care you have for your peers...

The show has had a lot more success then expected so I wouldn't be surprised if they are working on the next season behind the scenes. It took almost 6 years from concept to recruiting the members to putting together the show for season 1, this time around should be a lot easier haha.

So much so, that no official streaming service even bothered to pick it up while it was airing outside of Japan. Intially, the only people watching it were those that sailed the seven seas because that was the only place it was available. If I recall, the studio was putting the episodes up on it's Youtube channel just to try and get more attention. Then, as more and more people started to recommend it, it broke into international top ten charts mid-season and went on to win multiple seasonal awards at the end of the season. I don't recall which, but a streaming service did pick it up after the fact and streamed the episodes during the following anime season. So, if there ever is another season, GBC should get more attenttion from the start.

2024-10-26 18:38:33 +0000 UTCMight be just me, but the live at episode 5 really went up a notch. The camera works shines here especially when the chorus is coming. The naturalness of their movement and the way clothes swaying, is just amazing.
