2024-12-28 14:30:11 +0000 UTCI love that the Liore episode and Nina episode are right next to each other, Liore showing us the dangers of Religion without suspicion and the Nina episode showing us the dangers of science without morality. They are very much twinned in my mind

With this show I always came at it as it being a collaborative of 70+ other VAs really giving it their all and I didn't want to give him the power to ruin all of their work along with him, but he was also unfortunately one of the two leads!

2024-12-24 17:11:26 +0000 UTCI personally volunteer to dig the hole for Shou Tucker or to help him get in there, but I think there's a pretty long line of people volunteering to assist with those tasks! 😂 Looks like subs might've won the poll, which is...expected, lol. I don't think I've ever seen dubs win when creators offer a choice, which is sad. Contrary to popular (or at least noisy) opinion, there are a lot of good dubs out there, and it can be really nice to take a break from speed reading the subtitles while trying not to miss details in the animation. I might have to skip this series (at least for now) for various reasons, but I hope you enjoy your FMAB journey! I've seen a ton of anime, but it remains one of my all-time faves. 😊
