Like the fact the trauma team wouldn't even save his mother whilst SHE WAS JUST LAYING THERE DYING BECAUSE SHE WASN'T A CLIENT?! ARE YOU JOKING ME? OR THE DOCTOR?! SAYING NOT AVAILABLE IN THE DISCOUNT PACKAGE!?! And David not having an immediate reaction to that really shows how much pain he actually was in, he's also so used to this society being so inhumane to those without money that he doesn't even have an emotional reaction anymore...
Also, Katsuo should kick rocks. :)
