Mitsurugi being what Kazuma thought being isekai'd would be like just for all the his friends to hate him because he has Main character syndrome is so funny. Kazuma might be trash, but he's their trash so the girls dont tolerate the way Mitsurugi was acting. Also i think the diffrence between the 2 that makes Kazuma likable and Mitsurugi not is Delusion. Kazuma knows who he is and is very honest most of the time including being a bit mean or perverted, while Mitsurugi is living a Fantasy because his life in this world has been so easy that he thinks everything just goes his way and comes off as a jerk even tho he's the "good guy".
