I don't think you'll see anything more uncomfortable than this in the next episodes, I would say the 1st season is the most hardcore in terms of fan service. So yeah would be better if you skip Ep11 / OVA1

Maybe the comedy makes up for all the fan service in some cases, but Konosuba is definitely a show that fan service and comedy go hand in hand. There'll be a couple of more episodes that'll test your comfort level like this, so it's just a heads up at this point.
